-Instrument Introduction

The SGY-2 LD/LED light source characteristic experimental instrument provides a basic understanding of the working characteristics of LED light-emitting diodes and LD semiconductor lasers by measuring the domain current of LD semiconductor lasers, the output power current (P-l) characteristic curve and voltage current (V-l) characteristic curve of LED light-emitting diodes and LD semiconductor lasers.

1. V/I, P/I characteristic testing experiments and temperature characteristic testing experiments for LD and LED lasers

2. Test the voltage current (V-I) characteristic curve of LED3215 LED light-emitting diode

3. Output power and current (P-l) characteristic curve

4. Test the voltage current (V-l) characteristic curve of LD3125 semiconductor laser

5. Output power and current (P-l) characteristic curve
