-Instrument Introduction
The SGY-2 LD/LED light source characteristic experimental instrument provides a basic understanding of the working characteristics of LED light-emitting diodes and LD semiconductor lasers by measuring the domain current of LD semiconductor lasers, the output power current (P-l) characteristic curve and voltage current (V-l) characteristic curve of LED light-emitting diodes and LD semiconductor lasers.
